Overview

The Heroes Teambuilder allowed users to assign traits to friends from their Facebook or VKontact profiles, which generated them a hero based on those traits.

By building an entertaining and visually enticing experience, and linking with users' Battle.net accounts and providing an exclusive in-game reward for completion, we were able to drive deep engagement and reach millions of new users through viral social shares.

For this project we underwent a complete UCD process, from developing personas, conducting contextual research and running user testing.
